We aim to ship all orders both domestic and international within 1-3 business days after purchase.
During a sale or release, please allow up to 15 business days for orders to be shipped due to the high volume of orders.
Orders over $100 in the US and Canada and $250 international qualify for free shipping. Free shipped orders will be sent non-tracked, standard shipping.
There are different shipping methods available to select at checkout. Please note that standard shipped items are shipped via air but Canada Post does not provide tracking on these orders. We offer this option as it is the most economical.
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping information prior to shipping. We will ship to the shipping address given at the time of checkout. Whistle and Flute is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address.
Reshipping of packages returned to Whistle and Flute due to an incorrect address can be reshipped at the customers cost.
If a package is not received after 30 days standard shipping in North America or 60 days international we will re-ship your order via standard shipping.
We do not issue refunds on lost packages.

ALTERING AN ORDER
We are not able to combine orders or refund shipping on multiple orders, as all orders are shipped individually.
Please be sure you are checking out with the correct items as we are not able to alter an order once it has been placed.
Our fulfillment center frequently ships within hours of ordering.
All Sales on Gift Cards are FINAL. These orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
We are happy to help you with a price adjustment on any un-shipped order when sale code is provided.
The customer will be responsible for your country’s sales tax and/or duties.
International shipping can take up to 6-8 weeks for delivery, depending on the country.
Not all countries offer continued tracking once your package has left the Canada. If you are not able to locate your package once it has left the Canada, please contact your local postal carrier.
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. You can return any item (excluding hats, swim bottoms and socks) in its original condition (unwashed and unworn) or defective within 30 days of your shipping confirmation.
Products are not exchanged at Whistle and Flute Clothing but returned for shop credit. You are then invited to place a new order which will best suit your needs.
Our experience has shown us that it is more advantageous for everyone if we do not exchange. It is simpler to return the product you do not like and receive a shop credit. This re-order will be treated as a separate order entirely.
Unless we have made a mistake in shipping or you purchased your order during a special promotion, you are responsible for the fees incurred for returning a product.
A return form was included in your shipment please follow the instructions and include in your return. If you do not have a return form please contact us: firstname.lastname@example.org and include your order number.
Returns outside of Canada:
**Cleary mark the package 'Return of Canadian Merchandise' to save time and potentially money.
If we receive a return package with customs charges, taxes or other fees, we will deduct these from the shop credit.
