Do you do price adjustments?
Sorry we do not offer any price adjustments.
We aim to ship all orders within 1-3 business days. Shipping during a sale is aprox 1-2 weeks and will be shipped out in the order they were received. Shipping time varies depending on customs but standard shipping takes approximately 2 weeks for the US and Canada and 4 weeks for international orders (based on the least expensive shipping option. There is also the option for Expedited or Express shipping if required.
We suggest sizing up if you’re in between sizes. They generally fit a size small. Sizes run in even numbers 2,4,6 etc.

Sorry but we cannot make changes to your order once they've been placed as we start shipping right away.
Whistle & Flute are not responsible for any duties or custom fees incurred upon delivery. Though this is very rare it can happen. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages when standard shipping is used as it is not insured or tracked.
We offer exchanges on unwashed, unworn items. Hats are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. With the exception of sale items which are final.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
